“Many of you have been asking about possible ways to help us and help the city. Right now there is a great number of people in need and a great number of buildings affected. We, of course, want to help, but we are wanting to make wise decisions and be good stewards of the resources we have been given. We are currently in the process of getting our building checked to see the extent of the damage and the estimated cost of repairs. At the moment, we are not able to make use of the building for safety reasons.
We also would like to continue asking for prayers for all of us and the entire city. As far as we know, everyone in our church family is okay and accounted for, but everyone has been affected in some way. We will continue to send updates and do our best to keep everyone informed of this process of rebuilding. This will be a long road to recovery and we appreciate any help you can provide.
Love you all deeply,
Lalo Rocha”
