Salary is negotiable, but a 3-bedroom/2-bath parsonage is included. The senior minister of the Kewanna Church of Christ will be responsible for the spiritual leadership and welfare of the church and its members. They will develop the vision for the church and set the overall direction of church programs. They will provide leadership for and actively participates in worship, education, discipleship, and evangelism for the spiritual life and growth of members and in leading lost souls to Christ. The senior pastor will originate and present services of public worship, administer and lead the pastoral ministry of the church, have overall responsibility for the church staff, and represent/ the congregation in denominational and community affairs.
